The AliceStreet Conference Center is a PC-based client-server software solution. AliceStreet licenses server software as a one-off software sale, software hosting or as a Software as a Service. The client software is installed on-demand from the server at no additional charge.

Server software runs on a Windows platform PC and installation is extremely simple. As a native IP application, the solution should run out of the box on almost all private (or virtual private) networks. Furthermore, AliceStreet's architecture based around the concept of a virtual "room" means that a single server implementation won't run the risk of swamping your network with voice and video traffic.

The AliceStreet client and server software handles all voice conferencing, up to 16 people at once, as well as video and slide sharing, so there is no need to use a separate audio conferencing bridge service - once you've bought the software, there are no further charges involved in holding a meeting in your own AliceStreet Conference Center.

The AliceStreet Conference Center can be simply booked using your corporate email system by using Alice on Demand. Supported systems include: Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, IBM Domino/Lotus Notes, and Novell/GroupWise (Q2 2007).

If you are not running a corporate mail server, your AliceStreet Conference Center can be booked using Alice on Demand's web access providing email reservations, meeting unique passwords, and optional report generation.
